Job Title: Marketing Mage

Location: Arvada, CO

This job may be full time for the right candidate or split into two part time rolls, one for media buying and analytics, the other for creative and content.

Compensation: $20-$25/hr DOE

Job Description: We are seeking a self-reliant Marketing Mage to join our team. In this role, you will take on significant responsibility and have the opportunity to make impactful decisions daily. Your primary focus will be on paid media buying, content creation, and managing our marketing budget, among other tasks.


  • Paid Media Buying: Google and Facebook ads management, ad copy/headlines, grammar and spell check, account management, campaign refinement, testing, and monitoring of analytics.
  • Email Marketing: Construct and manage email templates and flows for abandoned carts and marketing outreach, A/B testing and reporting, and research and development of current market trends.
  • Content Creation: Develop content for social media posts, create web graphics and email templates, write engaging product descriptions and ad copy, and handle basic video editing.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram accounts, coordinate with the influencer/affiliate person, and handle in-house photography and editing in Adobe Lightroom.
  • Marketing Budgeting: Manage and track marketing expenses and allocate resources effectively.
  • Sales Channel Management: Monitor and manage sales channels.
  • Graphic/Product Design: Utilize graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) to create marketing materials.
  • Web Analytics: Use tools like Google Analytics and Shopify Analytics to track performance, understand customer behavior, and make data-driven decisions.


  • Experience in a media buying position with a basic portfolio of graphics created.
    • The experience in a media buying position part is CRUCIAL and this is absolutely required. 
  • History in a marketing field with solid grammar skills and an eye for balance.
  • Ability to work in a small business environment with multiple roles.
  • Comfortable with numbers and analytics tracking for ads.
  • Knowledgeable in various digital marketing strategies, including email marketing, PPC, SEO, and social media advertising.
  • Competent in graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Strong writing skills for developing engaging product descriptions, ad copy, and content aligned with SEO best practices.
  • Photography and video editing skills are a plus.
  • High school graduate; work experience is more important than a degree.
  • Comfortable with computers and programs such as Business Suite, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, and social media apps.
  • Experience in the alternative/goth/metal community is a plus.
