The Raven's Brew Mug shipped to us in a custom-designed gift box that we hoped would make a sweet present for any coffee-loving goth, but unfortunately, those gift boxes did not arrive in the best shape. Although they did protect the mugs within, the boxes themselves are almost all dented due to how they were packed before shipping to us.
There are two options for this Imperfect listing:
- Box Damage: The mug is fine, the box is not. It's cosmetic damage, but it's enough that it doesn't meet our standard of quality. Bad news for us, but good news for you, if you're looking for a new mug that doesn't have to ship in pretty packaging!
- Product Imperfection: Most of these are glaze issues that are honestly not that noticeable, but we have super strict quality standards, and when we hand-checked every mug to identify any possible issue, these small issues were enough that we set them aside. These will also ship in a box with tears, dents, or creases.
We will NOT be selling any mugs that have chips in the finish. This is cosmetic damage only.
All mugs will be packed with care to avoid breakage. Please let us know if the mug is broken upon arrival, and we'll make it right.
