Refund policy
At FootClothes, LLC, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us at contact@footclothes.com within 14 days of receiving your purchase. We will work with you to resolve any issues and find a solution that meets your needs.
RETURNS FOR RETAIL CUSTOMERS
Non-damaged or non-defective products may be returned for a refund or store credit within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Initial shipping costs will not be refunded and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
If you believe items to be defective, please see the "Damaged, Missing, or Defective" items section.

Include your original packing slip or order number as well as the reason for the return and whether you are requesting a refund, exchange, or credit.
EXCHANGES FOR RETAIL CUSTOMERS
Exchanges or store credit requests can be made for a different style when available within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
DAMAGED, MISSING, OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, or something is missing or incorrect, please contact us immediately at contact@footclothes.com with your order number and a photo of the damage or defect if applicable.
We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.
We will send a return shipping label at our cost when applicable to verify the defective product. Returned defective product that is worn will never be resold and is only used for quality assurance. It will be donated to charity if possible or disposed of.
Please note that all clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Sizing concerns:
If you are within the specified sizing range or your calf circumference at the widest point is under 15" and our standard-size socks do not fit as anticipated, this is considered defective. Sock specs may be verified upon return. All product pages for non-wide calf socks contain a wide-calf disclaimer.
RETURNS FOR WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS
Wholesale customers may return overstock for a credit or exchange within six months of the order. Returns for refund are offered within the first 14 days after receiving your purchase.
Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Shipping costs will not be refunded and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed upon.
Credits or exchanges will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
Let us know if you have stock that isn't moving and we'll get you something that is a better fit.
