You can also earn Shiny Things by referring friends and doing whatever other activities are shown above this FAQ which we will change periodically whenever we have a fun new idea.

What is this?
How do I earn Shiny Things?
Mostly by purchasing stuff, but also by referring someone else who then buys stuff. Just click the "Rewards" portion of the widget or scroll up on this page to see the list of activities available.
How do I redeem my Shiny Things?
When you've earned enough Shiny Things to redeem a reward, a button will be there for you to click on it. Then it will generate a coupon code for you to use. The code should be emailed to you. If something weird happens, please email us at contact@footclothes.com and explain what's going on and we'll figure it out.
You can't redeem a bunch of different rewards at the same time but the neat thing is most of our rewards give you a discount worth a certain amount of money and that will come off your whole order even if stuff is on sale. We want you to enjoy this so we tried to make everything clear and easy to use.
How do I join the Shiny Things Club?
Anyone with an account is automatically enrolled. If you make a purchase and provide an email address, that email address will earn Shiny Things. If you use a different email address later, the computers behind the scenes might not be magical enough to know, so reach out if you need a human to fix this for you.
Do my Shiny Things expire?
We think expiring rewards is pretty lame, so we don't want to do that. It's possible some unforeseen event will make us change this in the future but as long as you make a purchase at least every 12 months you will keep your Shiny Things.
I can't get my reward code to work or something else is going wrong!

I bought stuff a while ago but I don't have any Shiny Things. What's going on?
This program isn't launching until FootClothes is nearly 5 years old, which means we have a lot of customers in the system and a lot of old orders. We wanted to allocate Shiny Things going back to forever because we love you, but unfortunately that means we would have so many free discounts in the system that it would make a big mess in our accounts to do that. We've back-dated the orders by what we think is a pretty reasonable amount of time and we hope you understand this is a big change for us that could be considered kind of risky.
I have a wholesale account but I don't see any way to earn Shiny Things.
Unfortunately, we can't offer the same rewards to wholesale customers as we do regular shoppers. We spent a long time researching and planning this before launch but it just isn't feasible for us to make two completely different reward experiences to account for the high-volume ordering of a wholesale account. Honestly, there don't seem to be any Shopify apps that do that, but we're always open to improving things so if you know of another store that offers some cool wholesale-shopper rewards please let us know and we'll look at whether or not it's feasible for us.
