So There Was a Chemical Fire That Destroyed A Bunch of Stuff
March 25th Update: Processing times are still extended. Inventory has been reduced in an abundance of caution. Items will come back in stock when they have been vetted.

Why is EVERYTHING out of stock??
⚠️ Well. There was a chemical fire in our office building on the morning of March 22nd. ⚠️
The universe decided tariffs and general economic issues weren't enough and decided that a can of polyurethane was going to spontaneously combust in the unit next to ours. The unit we share an HVAC system with.
So now we have tens of thousands of dollars of damaged socks inventory that smell like a combination of smoke, plastic, and vegemite, according to Justin.
We might have a vegemite sale. I don't know.
The company is not cooperating or helping with mitigation. Insurance is also not cooperating saying the socks would be covered if they literally burned up, but the fact that they are now imbued with fuel smells is my problem because I can't show that something "smells bad" in a photo.
We've shut down orders on our third-party sites entirely and increased our processing time on the website for orders to 14 days until I know it's safe to return and can take inventory. It will take 90 days to replace any inventory that is lost. Three months of stock outs. I'm honestly devastated.
If your order contains damaged product before we are able to remove it from the site, it will be refunded or you may purchase it at a discounted amount.
The last thing I have the energy for right now is dealing with lawyers and insurance and landlords and somehow fronting the cost for this. We are already dealing with lost revenue from international US boycotts in addition to the tariff hits and general economic hesitation. Our business insurance coverage is TBD, but the payroll hours of dealing with it, the replacement costs, additional lost revenues, insurance price increases, and the administrative costs are probably all on me until I can get a lawyer and fight through it and I'll need to figure out how to navigate cash flow through all of this.
So. Your support and gift card orders are so appreciated right now. Any advice welcome.
