Shipping Policy
We take pride in getting your order to you as quickly as possible. We ship all orders within 1-2 business days using a reputable carrier such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's progress.
MISSING OR LATE PACKAGES:
If you believe your package is missing or late, please first contact the carrier or post office directly with your tracking number to inquire about the status of your package.
You can also check with your local post office to see if the package was left at a different address or if it is being held for pickup.
If the carrier or post office confirms that your package is missing or lost, please file a claim with the carrier.
After filing a claim with the carrier, please contact us at contact@footclothes.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Please note that FootClothes, LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped. We are happy to help you with any issues, but we kindly ask that you follow the steps outlined above to most efficiently resolve any issues with missing or late packages.
