Shipping policy
We take pride in getting your order to you as quickly as possible. We ship all orders within 1-2 business days using a reputable carrier such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's progress.
MISSING OR LATE PACKAGES:
If you believe your package is missing or late, please first contact the carrier or post office directly with your tracking number to inquire about the status of your package.
You can also check with your local post office to see if the package was left at a different address or if it is being held for pickup.
If the carrier or post office confirms that your package is missing or lost, please file a claim with the carrier.
After filing a claim with the carrier, please contact us at contact@footclothes.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
If it's for a time-sensitive event, please let us know that as well.
For USPS orders:
1. Start here with the missing mail and lost packages link. They provide suggested timelines here.
2. If that is unsuccessful, you may file a claim directly here. If you get to this step, please email us and we will see if we can help.
For UPS orders:
A claim can be started here. Please email us and let us know at this point and we can follow up on our end as well. If we start the claim through Shopify it requires an affidavit form that can only be signed 20 days after shipment and honestly, you're going to have a much better time without the red tape. If you get stuck though, we will absolutely help.
We can also start a claims process, but it's actually much faster when initiated by the end customer as they will ask for the same information.
For International Orders:
Contact us directly. These are... more of a pain honestly and the way we deal with them varies on a case-by-case basis. We recommend opting for an insured shipping method when possible.
Simple Export Shipping is not insured. We will do our best to replace lost items, but it is not always possible. It can take literal months for us to receive returned items when they are shipped via Simple Export, if at all. We keep this option to help support low-cost shipping for international customers, but DHL or UPS are recommended.
Please remember to check for duties or fees you may owe depending on your country. Packages returned to us due to unpaid duties or fees may incur an additional shipping cost for us to re-ship the items to you.
MISLABELED PACKAGES:
If you notice the shipping address was incorrect on your order, please let us know as quickly as possible. Most of the time we can update the address before the order is picked up by the shipping carrier.
However, once the package has been picked up, we can't refund the shipping cost of fixing the mistake. Reach out and we'll do what we can to get you your items quickly, but we cannot reimburse for shipping costs when the address provided was incorrect. Orders that are returned to sender will not be refunded until the package arrives back at our warehouse, and refunds will not include the cost of shipping.
