Our high standards have struck again! Although most of The Fox Enamel Mugs were lovely and perfect, we have pulled these aside for minor issues that annoyed us.
Not all imperfections are shown in photos. Please read this list! Your imperfect mug may have one or more of these imperfections:
An off-center placement where the starry background is too close to the handle and the moon is not properly centered opposite the handle (this is the most common issue)
A slightly crooked placement mostly visible in the fox frame (too high or low compared to the bottom of the mug)
Small holes in the fox enamel or small missing areas of the frame where the lighter color did not fully apply on top of the darker background
Issues with the logo on the bottom, e.g. missing part of a letter
Letters/numbers/symbols from the factory process that somehow got glazed into the finish (this is a weird one we have not seen before)
Bumps or blobs of misplaced finish colors
Speckled or discolored sections of the white interior
Shallow scratches on the design that show the underlying color (not the ceramic)
