Exterior cover measures approximately 8.5"x6"x1.25"

Journal inside is approximately 8"x5.5"x0.4"

Journal can be replaced with a traditional-binding (not spiral) notebook of similar size by tucking the front and back covers into the provided pockets. The replacement notebook cover should be fairly thin for best results.
