We're committed to building a workplace that mirrors the diverse community we serve, welcoming all voices and ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to make their mark in the world of alternative fashion.

Things to Note about the Position That Should Be Considered Heavily

  • Must work well in arbitrary circumstances
  • The day to day is very different, it is not the same work every day and this is not a great job for someone who prefers a monotonous environment. Great for people who truly do thrive in the wild west of scary ecommerce with an entrepreneurial spirit. The job involves constant updates, adaptations, and changes which can be frustrating for someone who needs a constant up to date reference manual. This job is more about writing and rewriting the manual for growth, and not about following standardized processes. This job involves helping forge those processes alongside the company owner.
