Wholesale FAQ

When do you ship?

In-stock styles ship within 1-2 business days. Pre-ordered styles will have estimated ship dates on the product pages and will ship as available. If you would like us to hold and ship together, please email us and let us know. 

What is your minimum order size?

$100. We like being able to help small and niche stores, and if that means you just want to carry a single style that fits your store, we're here to support you.

How do preorders and back orders work?

When ordering on the website:

You may check out one order with all of your products together. This will charge you for all of the items at once, but we will comp the shipping on the preorders/backorders and ship all items as available.


When ordering on Faire:

Faire automatically splits preorders into separate orders when an order is placed and will charge applicable shipping on both orders. 

Do you drop ship?

Yes. Email us if you are interested in this program and we can set you up.

I am a distributor. How does your pricing work?

Email chelsea@footclothes.com with information about your company, volume, your favorite animal, etc, and she will always give you personalized attention and a custom quote.

Do you have displays?

Not yet. Mostly because there are 3 of us and I'm a perfectionist so actually accomplishing this often gets pushed off. There is a table top spinner rack from storesupply warehouse I like for its heavy base and we suggest grid/slatwall displays. We display our socks in vintage suitcases or on purse racks at trade shows and that's fun. It will happen.

Oh no! Something is awry!

Shoot us an email if something happens - we try very hard not to make mistakes, but we're humans and they happen. We'll always take care of any issues right away, or replace/refund missing/damaged merchandise. The best email to use is contact@footclothes.com for the fastest response.


In the event a package is lost/missing - we will do our best to help hunt it down and do whatever makes the most sense in your scenario. We want you to be happy and ordering socks should not ever be stressful.
