They both symbolize the meeting of life and death, as skulls used to be alive and mushrooms love to grow on decomposing material. It's like a much darker take on the Circle of Life, and with a lot less singing. These socks bring together shrooms, bones, skulls, and Earth tones into a mossy medley of morbid meaning, which for sure is creepy, but also peaceful and even optimistic the more you think about it.
